Construction includes treated runners, 16-inch on-center floor joists, 3/4-inch LP flooring, 2×4 walls spaced 16 inches on-center with a height of 76.5 inches, durable Smartsiding, a steeper roof, a resilient metal roof, and a 6-foot door. Customization is available with the option to add extra doors, windows, and other features.
