These buildings feature all-around overhangs and include treated runners, 16-inch on-center floor joists, treated deck boards on the porch, 3/4-inch LP flooring in the remaining area, 2×4 walls spaced 16 inches on-center with a height of 88.5 inches, durable Smartsiding, a resilient metal roof, and a 6-foot door.
